9.1 Should you wish to cancel an order, please call us on the contact details above so we can deal with your cancellation as quickly as possible. Corioliss is happy to provide a cancellation policy within 7 days from delivery of the goods for a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery costs providing: A) The goods must be unused and 'as new' in their original packaging including all manuals and accessories and the packaging must be in pristine condition B) Any items with broken security seals or have been unpacked from their original packaging will be deemed "used" and will not qualify for a refund or credit. C) You must notify us within 7 days from date of delivery of your intention to return the goods IN WRITING (including by email). We will acknowledge this by email and your goods must be received by us within 14 days of this acknowledgment. During this period it is your responsibility to return the goods to us using the freepost address as above(UK ONLY). If goods are received back with missing or used consumables or accessories, the cost of the accessories will be charged to you or we may reject the return entirely.
