10.1 Corioliss aims to ensure products are made to the highest of standards and takes every effort to ensure all of our products are rigorously checked before being sold. However, should you need to return your item, we endeavor to deal with your issue as quickly as possible. Please follow the return steps below or alternatively, contact our customer service team who will be more than happy to help.

1 - Within Warranty All of Corioliss electrical products are guaranteed for 1 year with a valid receipt. Should you experience any problems with your item within this period, we will be happy to repair or replace your item on receipt with a legitimate proof of purchase. Simply post your item back to us at the above address along with your receipt and a brief covering letter explaining the problem you are experiencing together with all of your contact details and return address. Once we have received your item we will endeavor to deal with your issue as quickly and efficiently as possible, however in busier periods, please allow up to 14 working days for repair or replacement..

2- Out of warranty If you are experiencing problems outside of the 1 year warranty period, Corioliss offers a replacement for %50 of the retail price. Simply post your item back to us at the above address along with a brief covering letter explaining the problem you are experiencing together with all of your contact details and return address. Please either enclose a check made payable to DB International or we can contact you to take a telephone payment. Once we have received your item we will endeavour to deal with your issue as quickly and efficiently as possible, however in busier periods, please allow up to 14 working days for repair or replacement.
